The Castle of San Carlos and the echo of the sparrows

My new painting represents the Castle of San Carlos seen from the beach of Ribeira, in Finisterre. In the work you can still see the palm trees that, a few years ago, had to be felled due to a plague of a pathogen that affected the species all over Spain. I remember how their tops always resounded with the cheerful concert of sparrows, and I used to enjoy walking under them, pausing on my way to Corbeiro beach.

Like all my works, this painting is available for purchase. For more information, do not hesitate to send me a private message.
