Pfeiffer)<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Next Monday 29 July, EnRedAndo will open its doors for a special event dedicated to art and creativity. This day, entitled \"Art Day\", promises a day full of activities designed to inspire and awaken creativity in all attendees.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Morning Programme:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">- 11:00 - Kundalini Yoga with Patricia:** The day will begin with a Kundalini Yoga session, guided by Patricia. This practice will not only promote physical well-being, but will also include a meditation focused on awakening our inner creativity.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">- 12:15pm - Collage Workshop \"Rediscover your creative flow\":** Participants will then have the opportunity to explore their creativity through collage. This workshop will allow them to reconnect with their creative flow and express their ideas in a visual way.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">- 14:00 - Food and recipe sharing:** After a morning of activity, there will be a time to share food and recipes, fostering community and the exchange of culinary experiences among attendees.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><strong>Afternoon Programme:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">- 18:00 - Opening of painting by Vikt\u00f3ria Szab\u00f3:** The evening will start with the opening of a painting exhibition by Vikt\u00f3ria Szab\u00f3. This event will be followed by an inner journey workshop, where participants will be able to deepen their self-knowledge through art.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">- 20:00 - Improvisation lab with Irina:** Later in the evening, Irina will lead an improvisation lab, providing a space for experimentation and spontaneous expression, fundamental to any creative process.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">- 22:30 - Surprise candlelit concert:** The day will conclude with a surprise concert, creating a magical and relaxing atmosphere under candlelight.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The event will take place at R\u00faa Ara-Sol\u00eds 46, and all those interested are invited to participate with a conscious contribution.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">This \"Art Day\" promises to be an enriching experience, where each activity has been carefully designed to nourish the body, mind and spirit, fostering an atmosphere of community and creativity.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Don't miss it!<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>**D\u00eda del Arte en EnRedAndo: Celebraci\u00f3n de la Creatividad** (Art\u00edculo de Steffen A.
