I am Vikt\u00f3ria Szab\u00f3, Hungarian artist, ceramist and painter.
Since I was a child, I have always felt a strong curiosity for the world, its beauty and its magic. Nature is a constant source of inspiration in my work, both in painting and ceramics. My creative process is constantly changing and evolving, without losing the essence that defines me.

I studied art from a very young age, starting with realistic drawing and ceramics. Later, painting became a fundamental part of my artistic expression. For me, creating is a form of inner work, of deep connection with myself and the world around me.

In 2017 I arrived in Finisterre as a pilgrim, after walking the Camino de Santiago along the Portuguese route from Lisbon. That journey marked a turning point in my life. I decided to stay, to settle here and build my home at the end of the Camino. Since then, Finisterre is the place from where I live and create.

Currently, ceramics occupy a central place in my work. I work mainly with white chamotte clay and use the raku technique, a process in which fire and smoke actively participate in the creation, leaving their mark on each piece. Each work is unique, the result of transformation, experimentation and dialogue with the materials.

I also maintain a very close relationship with painting, which continues to accompany me as a space of freedom and exploration. I use different techniques - watercolour, acrylic and oil - and I am particularly interested in the combination of languages, materials and processes.

I live and work in Finisterre, Galicia, where I have my studio. There I develop my artistic practice and share my experience through workshops and creative encounters. My vision is to create works that transmit emotion, presence and connection, and that somehow accompany those who approach them.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
